Withdrawal & refunds

In case of conflict, the German version prevails.

Important note on scope

This page describes TYG5's position on withdrawal and refunds. It does not replace the withdrawal notice and refund terms of the external checkout provider actually processing the purchase — those take precedence and are shown during checkout.

§ 1 Statutory position

(1) TYG5 templates are digital content not supplied on a physical medium.

(2) Under German law (§ 356(5) BGB), the statutory withdrawal right for digital content lapses early once the buyer has expressly consented to performance of the contract beginning before the withdrawal period ends, and has acknowledged that this means losing the withdrawal right. This consent is obtained by the respective checkout provider during checkout (see Terms § 4).

(3) Once that consent has been given and the Remix link delivered, there is therefore generally no remaining statutory withdrawal right. TYG5 does not currently offer any additional goodwill window beyond this statutory position.

(4) Refund questions in individual cases should first be directed to the respective checkout provider, since they received the payment and their own refund terms apply.
